Jason Smith is a first home buyer and excited to build and move into his new home in the Accolade community.
As the estate’s 400th purchaser he is already planning his new life at Accolade with his partner and beloved pooch Matilda.
“The main things that attracted me to the area was the location and price. I can see the future growth of the area with new roads and infrastructure that is planned. The SOHO Living Townhomes offered a great price point to allow me to get into the property market, especially as a first home buyer," Jason says. “The estate’s location means that I have a short commute to work and I’m still within an easy 45-minute drive of my parents’ house in the Macedon Ranges.
“The townhome will feature 2 bedrooms plus a low maintenance backyard which will be perfect for Matilda my Golden Retriever to have some play space while I’m at work.”
Jason is looking forward to his new life at Accolade, and he is excited to spend his time exploring the dog friendly wetlands with Matilda, getting to know his neighbours, and cherishing those new home experiences.
