Resi Ventures Referral Reward Campaign Terms & Conditions
Your eligibility for and participation in this referral program is subject to the following terms & conditions.
Eligibility to Participate
To be eligible to participate in the referral program, you must:
1. Have purchased, or have entered into a contract to purchase, land from Resi Ventures at a Resi Ventures residential estate since 1st of January 2019; and
2. Not be an employee of Resi Ventures or its related companies.
Entitlement to up to $10,000 Reward
As the referrer, you will be eligible to receive a $2,500 reward for townhome referrals, with the buyer also receiving a $2,500 reward, or a $5,000 reward for land referrals, with the buyer receiving a $5,000 reward. This is provided that you meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above.
1. You refer a friend or family member (the “referee”) to Resi Ventures and they provide your details to our estate manager at time of enquiry.
2. Your referral is done between 1 August and 31 October 2024
3. The referee is not an existing Resi Ventures customer, and is not on the Resi Ventures database prior to your online referral being submitted;
4. You have not previously referred the referee to Resi Ventures, and the referee did not refer you to Resi Ventures;
5. The referee enters into a contract for the purchase of land or townhome directly from Resi Ventures at a Resi Ventures estate by 31st October 2024.
6. Settlement occurs for your referee’s lots from Resi Ventures in accordance with the contract and within 14 days of titles being issued;
7. Resi Ventures determines (in its discretion, acting reasonably) that you are eligible for referral reward incentive.
8. A referral tax invoice (supplied by Accolade Estate) is completed at contract signing by the referrer and the purchaser.
9. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Resi Ventures offer.
10. There is no limit to how many referrals.
Other Terms to Be Aware Of
1. If Resi Ventures determines (in its discretion, acting reasonably) that you are eligible for and entitled to incentive reward, Resi Ventures will transfer the reward to your nominated bank account within 30 days after settlement.
2. Resi Ventures will only make two payments: one to the referrers and one to the purchaser-nominated bank accounts.
3. This referral program does not apply to any referral submitted before 1st August 2024, including where settlement of the land or townhome is yet to occur for you or the referee after that date.
4. A referral does not oblige either Resi Ventures or the referee to enter into a contract for the sale of land or townhome.
5. Resi Ventures reserves the right to review, amend the terms of, or discontinue this referral program at any time. This action will not affect any entitlement to any referral reward which arose before any change to or discontinuation of this referral program.
