Accolade Sales Office Under Construction

Construction has commenced on the Accolade sale office in Leakes Rd, Rockbank which is a milestone in the development of the estate. When the office opens it will allow you to see all the details of this remarkable estate as it rolls out. A model will allow you to see how Accolade will link in with neighbouring estates and interconnect with the wetlands and shopping centre that will be built on its boundary. There will be a demonstration of the Telstra technology offered to every purchaser in the estate as well as room for kids to play while Mum and Dad seek out the ideal lot. It will also show how easy it will be to access the freeway and the (soon to be updated) Rockbank train station. If you have driven past the estate in the last week you would have noticed the advertising signs that have been erected allowing you to see exactly where the estate will be constructed. At the same time earthworks have commenced for the construction of the showgardens and carpark ahead of the sales launch at the end of July.
